Katie joined the VRS team in 2022, continuing her work as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. With over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and the worker’s compensation industry, she possesses a deep understanding of rehabilitation principles, counseling techniques, and case management strategies. Katie excels in communication, building rapport and trust with clients to ensure timely delivery of services. Detail-oriented and results-driven, she effectively coordinates and collaborates with various providers and stakeholders. Katie is a successful business owner, wife, and mother of three boys. Leveraging her extensive experience in sales and client relations, she has successfully driven business growth and developed effective marketing strategies. Katie graduated from Assumption University with both her undergraduate and graduate degree (Rehabilitation Counseling). She enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, reading, and walking with her dogs. Additionally, Katie serves on the CVRP Board of Directors.
Liz joined the VRS team as our Director of Business Development in January of 2021. An accomplished professional, Liz has worked in the insurance industry since 2000. Her varied experience includes working for a large LTD carrier early in her career followed by three years as a CRC certified Vocational Counselor, and over 16 years as a Senior Account Executive where she earned numerous distinctions and awards for performance. Liz’s energy and breadth of knowledge, coupled with her many professional relationships, make her the ideal person to help take VRS to the next level. Liz is a graduate of Springfield College where she was a two-sport athlete. A mother of three, she enjoys traveling to new places with her family, spending time at the ocean and supporting animal rescue, including rescuing two dogs of her own. Liz is a founding board member and current Vice President of Kid’s Chance of Connecticut.
Kelly serves as our Director of Sales. A seasoned Account Management Executive with over 20 years experience in the industry, she is the recipient of numerous “Top Performer” awards. Kelly is highly respected for her strong communication and customer service skills as well as her broad span of industry product and service knowledge. Kelly is a graduate of Framingham State College where she was a four year varsity field hockey player and served as co-captain. A mother of three, Kelly enjoys attending her kids sporting events and encompasses work-family balance.
Amy joined the VRS team as the Regional Account Executive in October 2023. Her career began in 2014 as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist for a self-insured. For the last 5 years Amy was a successful Account Executive for a fraud management company. Amy has an abundance of knowledge in the insurance industry. She holds an MBA with a focus in leadership from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. A mother of two, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and crocheting.
